How do I upload my first photo?
Naviagate to the "Pets" page and click the "Add Pet" button. From there, you can select a photo of your pet from your device and upload it to our platform. Click "Generate Cartoon" to start the transformation process. It usually takes about 20-30 seconds to cartoonize a pet photo but might take a bit longer during peak hours. Save your photo and browse the available merchandise in the store!
How do returns work?
Returns are available for 30 days after delivery. Start a return from your order receipt, choose the items, upload photos, and we’ll generate a prepaid shipping label. Package your order and drop it off with the carrier. Once the order is received we will inspect it and then process your refund within 5-7 business days as long as the product is in the original condition.
What’s the content policy?
Only upload images you own the rights to. No harmful, hateful, or illegal content. We may reject or cancel orders that violate this policy. Please be extra careful not to include any copyrighted material, trademarks, or logos in your photos.
How are the images made?
Your pet photos are transformed with our AI cartoonizer. Mockups shown in the store are previews of the final product.
How long does it take to create an image?
It takes about 20-30 seconds to cartoonize a pet photo. During peak times it may take longer. Sit tight and wait for the magic to happen!
